Returns

We hope you love your Zhanda pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email us via the 'Contact Us' page with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

We don’t currently offer exchanges — instead, we recommend placing a new order if you need a different size or item.
